Steve Dobler

Steve Dobler is Corporate Vice President of Finance, I/S and Administration for Kindred Healthcare, Inc.

Steve has focused his career in healthcare. At Kindred, a company where spending and investment in I/S exceeds 2 percent of total revenue, Steve directs a diverse department with broad responsibilities. Among the department’s duties are financial reporting and analysis, capital and operating budget preparation, purchasing, contract processing, and recruiting and human resources administration.

Before joining Kindred in 1992, Steve held several leadership positions with Humana in hospital accounting, acquisitions and development, and internal audit. He is a 1982 graduate of Transylvania University in Lexington, KY and a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.
